Training is available for the right candidate with a strong work ethic. The position involves following SOPs, operating wide format printers, maintaining quality, and collaborating with the production team to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Must be detail oriented with strong mechanical, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to produce scheduled jobs on time.
• Identify delays or issues that may affect completion.
• Maintain quality standards during production.
• Interpret work tickets and confirm order specs.
• Maintain a clean and efficient work area.
• Assist production team with finishing and daily records.
• Follow maintenance flow for equipment.
• Lift material of 50lb or more.
• Track material inventory and labor in systems.
• Operate Vanguard VK300D-HS flatbed and HP560 Latex printers.
• Operate Kongsberg X Edge table cutter and Royal Sovereign laminator.
• Print graphics according to specifications.
• Other duties as assigned.

We are currently seeking candidates for a Wide Format printing production position. Position requires the candidate to pay very close attention to detail, provide excellent customer service and demonstrate the ability to handle quick turnarounds. If you are a self-starter with a great attitude, we have the perfect job for you! Experienced operator preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual with a good work ethic and willingness to learn.

Job Responsibilities

• Follow established standard operating procedures to produce scheduled jobs on time
• Identify and communicate delays or issues that may potentially keep a specific job from being completed
• Ensure quality standards are maintained during production
• Interpret and follow direction from a work ticket
• Confirm orders are accurate for quantities, material type and size specifications
• Maintain a clean and efficient work area
• Assist the rest of the production team with all finishing
• Maintain daily production records
• Follow regular preventative maintenance flow chart for all equipment
• Lift material of 50lb or more
• Track material Inventory
• Post material and labor consumption on production orders in system
• Operate Vanguard VK300D-HS flatbed and HP560 Latex printers
• Operate finishing equipment Kongsberg X Edge table cutter and Royal Sovereign RSC-6500H film laminator
• Print all graphics according to the specifications
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education, Experience and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks and commitment to meeting and exceeding deadlines and goals
• Must be detail oriented and possess strong mechanical, communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively individually, as well as part of a team
• Ability to work accurately and quickly under company deadlines
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read a ruler
• Cooperative, courteous, flexible, and good natured
• Conscientious, persistent, resourceful, productive, and active
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver' s license
• Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus
