  • High school diploma or equivalent with four years of professional experience as described above.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate health programs within statewide scope.
  • Monitor and analyze health data and statistics; identify issues and recommend improvements.
  • Develop objectives, protocols, and procedures; establish performance indicators and budgets.
