Job summary

Planet Ford Lincoln is seeking a dynamic wholesale parts sales specialist to be the face of our business for wholesale clients. You will ensure the right part is delivered the first time while providing excellent customer service.

You will build lasting relationships, track down new leads through proactive calls and emails, and provide accurate pricing, delivery estimates, and expert product support. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years automotive parts experience, dealership or wholesale parts counter preferred.
• Strong parts knowledge; Ford/Lincoln OEM and Motorcraft knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with a dealership management system.
