Job summary

Deephaven Mortgage LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Mortgage Sales Recruiter to lead wholesale AE recruiting across the United States. You will identify top producers from non-QM lenders, build a passive talent pipeline, and partner with Wholesale Sales leadership on market priorities.

You will drive candidate outreach, communicate the value proposition, and manage hiring lifecycle from outreach to onboarding, delivering qualified candidates who meet production expectations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting, business development or talent acquisition within mortgage.
• Experience recruiting mortgage sales professionals, preferably Wholesale Account Executives.
• Direct experience recruiting in non-QM/wholesale mortgage market preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive recruiting strategy for Wholesale Account Executives in the U.S.
• Identify and recruit high-performing Account Executives from non-QM, wholesale and specialty lenders.
• Build a strong pipeline of passive sales talent through sourcing, referrals and relationships.
• Maintain candidate relationships from outreach through onboarding.
• Track recruiting activity and measure outcomes to improve effectiveness.
