Job summary

Zoë Chicco, Inc. is seeking a Wholesale Account Executive in Downtown Los Angeles to manage and grow department store relationships while supporting specialty accounts. You will report to the Director of Sales and work with the Sales Assistant and internal teams.

Responsibilities include driving wholesale growth, coordinating orders, preparing market materials, and presenting weekly selling recaps. Travel to stores is expected to support merchandising and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in the fine jewelry industry and working with department store accounts.
• Proven ability to manage and grow wholesale or major retail accounts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with department store accounts as the primary contact.
• Support and grow specialty store accounts with Majors to drive wholesale business.
• Ensure orders are submitted to production accurately and timely.
• Prepare materials for market appointments and provide product knowledge to buyers.
