Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a friendly Team Member for the Whole Body department to provide courteous service and maintain attractive displays. You will monitor product quality, rotate stock, and support store programs while upholding health and safety standards.

Responsibilities include handling customer orders, assisting in training new Team Members, and applying suggestive selling to maximize sales.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product quality and freshness and ensure proper rotation.
• Log, process, and retrieve customer special orders.
• Complete spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required.
• Follow department procedures for preparing, storing, rotating, and stocking of product.
• May assist in training of new Team Members with training materials.
• Support national, regional and store programs.
• Arrive on time, groomed, and ready to work; attend trainings and meetings.
• Provide excellent customer service and use suggestive selling techniques.
