Job summary

Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. is seeking team members to replenish and merchandise Whole Body products and participate in regional and national promotions. You will handle deliveries, move stock from backroom to floor, and stock shelves while supporting store standards.

The role requires strong customer service, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adherence to health regulations. Training and promotions knowledge are part of the job, with a focus on teamwork and accurate pricing.

Qualifications

• Extensive product knowledge and willingness to learn about products and nutrition.
• Ability to educate team on product knowledge and convey enthusiasm.
• Strong math skills and familiarity with basic computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Purchases and replenishes products through proper buying procedures.
• Ensures orders are timely and accurate to monitor inventory turns.
• Ensures the product mix meets varied customer dietary needs and requests.
• Achieves and exceeds assigned margin and sales targets.
• Builds product displays according to movement, promotions, profitability, value, and regional guidance.
• Oversees customer special order procedure.
• Maintains logs for waste, spoilage, and transfers.
• Maintains a safe, clean and well-organized working and shopping environment.
• Arrives on time, well-groomed, and attends required trainings and meetings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Follows procedures including health and safety regulations and Weights & Measures.
