No experience? A free guide training program is offered to teach river skills and become a professional raft guide in Colorado, while earning competitive pay based on river experience and seasonal needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in outdoor settings is a plus but not required.
• Strong emphasis on guest safety and enjoyment.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead guests on whitewater trips on the Upper Colorado River (Class II/III).
• Provide safety briefings and equipment checks before trips.
• Assist with trip logistics and guest instruction as needed.

Pay is competitive and based on commercial river experience.
