Responsibilities

• Ensure every client interaction is warm, welcoming, and exceeds expectations.
• Take clients out for meals and experiences.
• Ensure our clients feel like a million bucks.
• Plan and coordinate client events, appreciation initiatives, and office visits.
• Anticipate client needs and address concerns before they arise.
