Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is seeking Installation Associates to deliver, install, and remove appliances in commercial and residential settings. Monday–Friday 6:00am–3:00pm with overtime; starting at $25/hour, higher with experience. Training provided and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities include basic and custom appliance installations, safety-compliant handling of gas/electric units, and excellent customer interactions. Pre-employment screenings apply.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of Appliance Delivery & Installation experience.
• Valid state issued license required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must maintain a valid DOT Medical card to meet driver requirements.
• Ability to lift 70+ pounds frequently and 90+ pounds occasionally with assistive devices.
• Ability to deliver white glove service with excellent customer service.
• Mechanical skills and willingness to learn.
• Experience installing high-end appliances.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic appliance installation and learn custom installations with training provided.
• Handle and install basic gas and electric household appliances safely.
• Ensure appliances are installed damage-free and function according to specs.
• Interact courteously with builders, designers and customers on-site.
• Attend company-paid installation training seminars and certifications to stay up-to-date.
• Provide driver duties as needed.
