Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. seeks an Installation Associate to deliver, install and remove appliances in residential and commercial settings. Training is provided and you’ll liaise with builders, designers and customers to ensure flawless installations.

Requirements include 1+ year appliance delivery/installation experience, valid license, and ability to lift heavy loads. DOT compliance, 21+ years old, and a valid DOT medical card are required. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• 1+ years appliance delivery/installation experience preferred.
• Valid state-issued license required.
• DOT standards/regulations compliance.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Must hold a valid DOT medical card for driver requirements.
• Ability to lift 70+ lb frequently and 90+ lb occasionally.
• Ability to deliver white-glove service to customers.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic appliance installation; training provided.
• Install basic gas/electric appliances per manufacturer specs.
• Ensure appliances are undamaged and fully functioning after install.
• Interact courteously with builders, designers and on-site customers.
• Attend company-paid installation training seminars and certifications.
• Fulfill driver duties as assigned.
