Job description

Title: Production Operator

Location: Coal Township, PA

Salary: $19.92/hour (after 90 days of active employment and solid performance review, eligible for rate increase)

Schedule: Straight midnight (S/3)

Shift Differential: $1.25/hour (afternoon and midnight shift)

White Flyer Targets: Manufacturing facilities in five states throughout the United States, leading in serving gun clubs and shooters.

Production Operator Essential Job Functions:

• Operate, troubleshoot, and perform machine adjustments.
• Load cardboard boxes into production equipment.
• Transport palletized materials using a forklift.
• Perform quality checks.
• Adhere to all safety requirements, including lockout/tagout and PPE usage.

Additional Job Tasks:

• Operate Cast or Paint Machine.
• Replace machine tooling, cylinders, and actuators as needed.
• Maintain paint drum reservoirs.

Position Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior related production line experience preferred.
• Forklift operation experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills preferred.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and in a team, and pay attention to detail.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, work at heights and in extreme weather, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work other shifts as needed.
