Job summary

Next Day Access, LLC is seeking a hands-on installer to build and install aluminum wheelchair ramps, grab bars, and accessibility lifts at homes and small businesses across Indiana. You’ll work a Monday–Friday day shift, with training provided, and have the opportunity to advance to Lead Installer based on performance.

No ramp experience is required; if you can read a tape measure, use basic power tools, and show up on time, we can train you. Expect full-time hours and a steady local crew.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year doing hands-on work (construction, remodeling, etc.).
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools.
  • Able to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in heat/cold.
  • Reliable: shows up on time, sober, and ready to work.
  • Good attitude around seniors and people with disabilities.
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
  • Able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

  • Build and install aluminum wheelchair ramps at homes and businesses.
  • Install grab bars and other small safety items in bathrooms and around the home.
  • Install wheelchair lifts and other lifts around the home.
  • Load and unload materials, set up and tear down job sites.
  • Use basic hand and power tools (drill, impact, saw, level, etc.).
  • Take simple measurements and follow a checklist.
  • Keep the work area clean and protect the customer’s home.
  • Talk with customers in a polite, respectful way.
  • Drive to jobs in a company vehicle from our shop.

About the Job

We build and install wheelchair ramps, grab bars, and various ADA lifts so people can stay safe and independent in their homes.

We’re looking for a hands‑on installer who likes working with tools, working outside, and seeing the job done at the end of the day.

No ramp experience needed. If you can read a tape, use basic power tools, and show up on time, we can train you.

Pay & Schedule
  • Pay: $22–$26 per hour (based on experience and performance)
  • Full-time, Monday–Friday day shift
  • Home every night (jobs around Indiana)
What You’ll Do
  • Build and install aluminum wheelchair ramps at homes and businesses
  • Install grab bars and other small safety items in bathrooms and around the home
  • Install wheelchair lifts and other lifts around the home

  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
  • Able to pass a background check and drug screen
