Job summary

Dent Wizard is hiring a Wheel Technician to service customer sites across locations. No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training and travel lodging during training.

The role includes removing wheels, repairing cosmetic wheel damage, and refinishing wheels to a like-new condition. You will deliver excellent customer service and promote our services, with a compensation plan that includes hourly pay during training and uncapped commission potential as you build your base.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform wheel repair tasks accurately.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build accounts while delivering service.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to service vehicles.
• Remove tires and wheels from vehicles.
• Repair cosmetic wheel damages using grinding/sanding tools and refinish wheels to like-new condition.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote services.
• Demonstrate safety and quality in all tasks.
