Position Overview: Boeing Distribution Inc (BDI) is seeking Wheel and Brake Technicians at various experience levels (Entry-Level, Associate, or Experienced) to execute the wheel and brake production plan, following all safety and quality policies, and ensuring productivity goals are met. The role involves working in all shop areas, including receiving, disassembly, cleaning, painting, assembly, and shipping. The position is located in Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform simple production assembly operations, pressure testing, inspection, tagging, and shipping of aircraft hose assemblies using crimpers, hydraulic equipment, and hand tools.

Requirements:

  • Must meet Export Control compliance as a “US Person” (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
  • At least 1 year of experience in part 145, military, auto, or hydraulic mechanics.
  • Strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5 or more years of related work experience.
  • A&P Certification.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Education & Experience Levels:

  • Entry-Level (Level A): High school diploma/GED.
  • Associate (Level B): High school diploma/GED plus 1+ years' related experience or equivalent.
  • Experienced (Level C): High school diploma/GED plus 4+ years' related experience or equivalent.

  • This is a 100% onsite position based in Dallas, TX.
  • Position does not offer relocation assistance.
