Tire Discounters seeks an Alignment Technician to join our family and keep vehicles safe and performing at their best. You'll align wheels using top-notch equipment and assist with routine maintenance, tire services, and balancing to deliver a WOW customer experience.

We value a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and safety-minded practices. Must be 18+, have a valid driver's license, and lift up to 75 pounds in a dynamic shop environment. Competitive hourly pay and weekly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and communication skills are essential; a great attitude and willingness to learn are a must.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a dynamic shop environment.
• Safety-first mindset with a valid driver’s license; manual transmission experience is a bonus.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Ensure vehicles are properly aligned using professional equipment and modern ADAS tech.
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes and tire services including installation, repair, and balancing.
• Maintain a clean, organized shop and support team operations.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service to make every customer feel part of the Tire Discounters family.
