Job summary

Excell Marketing LC seeks a Replenishment Specialist in Des Moines, IA to accurately count, move, and replenish products for shipping in the warehouse. You will operate a forklift, load/unload trucks, and use a scanner with the Warehouse Management System.

The role requires forklift experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely within the warehouse.
• Accurately counts, scans and inventories all products transferred within the Warehouse Management System.
• Verifies UPC codes, and quantity of each item to be transferred.
• Loads and unloads trucks at the dock.
• Unload bailer when needed.
• Brings down skids of restock product to reorder areas as needed.
• Uses the scanner to complete product transfers with WMS.
• Keeps surrounding areas clean and neat.
• Performs other associated duties as assigned.

Salary Range: $18.25 To $21.00 Hourly

JOB SUMMARY: The Replenishment Specialist is responsible for accurately counting, moving and replenishing all products to be shipped in the warehouse. Will be operating a forklift, loading / unloading trucks, using scanner / inventory systems and general warehouse labor duties.

ENVIRONMENTAL AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS: The daily responsibilities of this position constantly require effective talking, hearing, sitting, walking and standing functions. Frequent repetitive motion activities are required. Must be able to read print and computer based materials and to do so with consistent accuracy. Most of these functions require light physical exertion and are conducted in a temperature controlled environment with occasional exposure to hot and cold temperature.

INTELLECTUAL/EMOTIONAL REQUIREMENTS: The occupant of this position must be able to perform the responsibilities of the position well under pressure. The position requires adaptability to performing a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure.
