Job summary

Aogarciaagency is seeking motivated, coachable individuals for a remote career with upside. This inbound seat focuses on conversations from people who requested help with financial-protection options. You’ll be trained, coached, and measured on activity and results.

Work remotely with a proven process, coaching from experienced teammates, and a path into leadership if you excel. Interviews are conducted on Zoom and independence is valued over constant supervision.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound conversations from prospects seeking financial-protection options.
• Explain benefit options clearly and simply to clients.
• Assist clients in enrolling when it’s a fit for their needs.
• Maintain a clean follow-up rhythm to nurture relationships.
