Job summary

Aogarciaagency is seeking motivated, coachable individuals for a remote, inbound role focused on guiding clients through financial-protection options. You will be coached, measured on activity and results, and engage with prospects who request help.

The role emphasizes explaining benefits clearly, enrolling clients when appropriate, and maintaining consistent follow-up. Interviews are conducted via Zoom and remote work is supported.
