Job summary

The West Fargo Park District is seeking a Youth T-Ball/Baseball Coach to supervise practices and games for children aged 4-9 at Rustad Recreation Center in West Fargo. This seasonal, part-time role runs Saturdays 8:30am–2pm from October 17 through November 21 and focuses on safe, fun skill-building. Candidates should be at least 16, with a baseball background and strong communication with kids and parents.

Prior coaching is preferred. Background check required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Previous experience in baseball or coaching is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of baseball rules and the ability to teach fundamentals.
• Excellent communication and public relation skills, especially with children and parents.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and able to motivate young players.
• Able to pass a full background check.
