Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates is hiring a Product & Process Implementation Manager - Wet to deploy R&D specifications for manufacturing and ensure conformance to finished product specs.

The role leads a Wet PPI team, drives regional industrialization, ensures food safety and quality, and collaborates with Quality, Regulatory, Engineering, and Manufacturing to deliver impactful outcomes across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Science, or related field is required.
• 2+ years in a people leadership role with team development.
• 5+ years in food tech development, process & product scale-up.
• Lean Six-Sigma Green or Black belt preferred.
• Experience in wet petfood manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and engage a Wet PPI team with strong technical capability.
• Model Mars leadership behaviors and provide regular feedback.
• Deliver technical training on process principles, quality, and performance.
• Translate R&D strategies into regional Wet industrialization priorities.
• Own delivery outcomes across the manufacturing network with measurable impact.
• Safeguard food safety, quality, and performance per Mars standards.
• Lead regional risk assessment and data‑driven decision making.
• Drive process validation handover and support CVS/PPI teams on site.
• Shape the future Wet tech through knowledge transfer and partnerships.
