Job summary

Sanmina Corporation in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Wet Process Operator to run copper and gold plating lines for PCB manufacturing. You will operate both automated and manual plating lines, adjust chemistry, and adhere to safety protocols.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in copper or gold plating, with strong written and spoken communication and the ability to read travelers, specs, and blueprints. This is an ITAR facility; US citizens or lawful permanent residents only.

Job Purpose:

Operation of Copper and Gold Plating Lines for Printed Circuit Board Industry.

Nature of Duties/Responsibilities:

Must be able torun automated Plating lines. Previous experience with Manual plating as well, is preferred. Candidate must know how to make additions of the chemistry involved in cooper or gold plating. Candidate must follow all safety requirements on handling products and chemistry.

Education and Experience:

• A minimum of 1-2 years experience in the copper or gold Plating functions.
• The candidate must have goodwritten and oral communications skills.
• Understand process travelers, customer specifications and tolerances specified on travelers or blueprints.

Salary Range (annual) : $39,520.00 - $46,800.00

Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package. The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
