Job summary

Nalley Consulting is seeking a Western Hemisphere All-Source Analyst in JBAB, Washington, DC, to produce strategic-level assessments on foreign defense industrial programs and capabilities supporting military forces.

Candidates must hold TS/SCI clearance, be willing to take a polygraph, and have a bachelor's degree with 3+ years of all-source analytics, or 7+ years of all-source analytics in lieu of a degree.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with all-source analytics, or 7+ years without a degree.
• Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards.
• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all-source analytic production on foreign defense industrial programs, infrastructure, and capabilities.
• Produce strategic-level assessments addressing R&D, acquisition, tests, evaluation and production of foreign weapon systems.
• Prepare complex written products and briefings tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders.
