Job summary

Elite Home Health Care is seeking a Field Recruiter to build a qualified HHA/PCA pipeline in Westchester, NY. You will plan field activities, partner with training schools, and screen referrals for fit into Elite’s hiring process.

Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, managing onboarding/orientation, and reporting weekly activity metrics to leadership. This is a field-based role with local travel and occasional office tasks in Westchester.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years recruiting, sales, business development, or community outreach experience; home care or healthcare staffing experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with New York HHA/PCA certification requirements and local training-school landscape preferred.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system (JazzHR preferred).

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a weekly field activity plan, logged on a shared calendar.
• Source candidate referrals and screen for fit, including interviews and verification of HHA/PCA certification.
• Attend graduations and build relationships with training schools to recruit directly.
• Maintain onboarding knowledge and facilitate weekly new-hire orientation when needed.
• Track and report weekly field activity, applicants sourced, and conversions to leadership.
