Job summary

Gulfside Healthcare Services, Inc. seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide hospice field care across West Pasco. The RN supports patients and families at private residences, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing facilities with comfort-focused end-of-life care.

The role involves managing an assigned caseload, creating individualized care plans, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and guiding LPNs, CNAs, and other care staff.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license (or Compact state) is required.
• One year nursing experience preferred.
• Hospice/home health/case management or acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned field patient caseload and develop care plans.
• Assess physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs; initiate interventions.
• Supervise LPNs, CNAs and other staff; mentor team.
• Coordinate with IDG and physician daily on patient status.
• Document thoroughly before end of shift; ensure regulatory compliance.
