The attorney will advise high-net-worth individuals and families on sophisticated estate planning, trust administration, wealth transfer, and tax planning matters, while originating new business and expanding the firm’s Florida client base.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission (or eligibility) in Florida.
• Significant experience in sophisticated trusts and estates planning for high-net-worth individuals and families.
• Demonstrated business development skills and an established professional network, ideally within the South Florida market.
• Portable book of business required.
• Excellent client service, leadership, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with attorneys across multiple offices and practice groups.

Responsibilities

• Originate and develop new business within the trusts and estates practice for high-net-worth individuals and families.
• Provide sophisticated planning for estate tax, wealth transfer, and business succession matters.
• Collaborate across offices to leverage cross-practice resources and networks.
• Deliver top-tier client service and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral sources.
