Job summary

Atrium seeks a Transactional Associate Attorney in West Palm Beach to handle real estate and corporate transactions from inception to closing. You will draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements, coordinating with clients and internal teams to secure favorable outcomes.

Qualified candidates have 5–10 years of experience, solid drafting and negotiation skills, and are licensed to practice in Florida. This full-time role emphasizes client relationship management and business development

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience as a practicing attorney in a law firm environment.
• Strong experience in real estate and/or corporate transactional law.
• Ability to independently manage deals and communicate directly with clients.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar.

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of real estate and corporate transactional matters from inception through closing.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and related legal documents to protect client interests.
• Manage real estate transactions, including purchase/sale agreements, title matters, and closings, coordinating all necessary steps.
• Assist clients with entity formation, including LLCs and corporations, and prepare related filings.
• Work closely with clients on business-oriented legal matters, acting as a trusted advisor.
