Sazerac Company is seeking a Senior On-Premise Regional Manager to lead the West Division (CA, AZ, WA, NV, HI, AK) and drive distributor partnerships and market growth. You will shape strategy, oversee a team of market leaders, and collaborate with key customers to expand volume and share across the region.

This leadership role requires a proven sales background, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 50% and work non-traditional hours to seize opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years sales experience with distributor management.
• Proven ability to lead On-Premise strategy and drive results.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work non-traditional hours.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead On-Premise strategy across the West with KPI targets.
• Own distributor strategy, conduct business reviews and align teams.
• Develop market-level ROPMs and On-Premise KAMs with State Managers.
• Build strategic partnerships with Hotels/venues and nightlife venues.
• Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, NKA, and field teams.
