Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a Sr. Manager of Infusion Nursing to lead a regional nursing team delivering compassionate, expert care to patients. You will shape nursing operations, build clinical excellence, and drive strategic outcomes that support organizational growth and patient well‑being.

Required: multistate RN license, 5+ years clinical and 5+ years leadership, 3+ years Home IV Infusion and specialty pharmacy. Mountain or Pacific Time Zone residency is required, with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Multistate/Compact RN license in good standing (or willingness to obtain).
• 5+ years of clinical experience.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• 3+ years of Home Infusion experience as a nurse or leader.
• 3+ years of specialty pharmacy experience.
• Strong IV insertion skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Apple technology.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 10%.

As a Sr. Manager of Infusion Nursing, you will lead a high-performing regional nursing team delivering compassionate, expert care to patients. You will shape nursing operations, build clinical excellence, and drive strategic outcomes that support organizational growth and patient well-being. This position requires 3+ years of experience in Home IV Infusion Therapy AND Nurse Management AND Specialty Pharmacy. Candidate must live within the Mountain or Pacific Time Zones and work the Pacific Time Zone

Responsibilities

• Lead regional nursing operations to ensure high-quality patient care and strong clinical outcomes.
• Develop nursing staff through coaching, assessments, and performance-focused leadership.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic pharmacy, clinical, and sales initiatives.
• Optimize staffing models, resource utilization, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with contracted nursing agencies to support patient care delivery and education.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and patient-centered care.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Home Infusion experience, as a nurse and/or leader.
• 3+ years of specialty pharmacy experience (Accredo or other specialty pharmacy).
• Strong IV insertion skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Apple technology.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree.
• CRNI or other specialty certification.
• Knowledge of pharma audit and contract review processes.

Compensation

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 109,100 - 181,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
