Job summary

Valeo, a global tech company, seeks a part-time student to join the VPS Production Systems team in Ebern with a focus on digitalisation. You will support APU activities, implement data tools, and assist with 5S automation and TPM-related documentation.

The role requires strong German and English skills, good communication, and a proactive, organized mindset. This internship offers exposure to international projects and digital transformation in automotive manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Student of economics, IT, engineering or a related field.
• Very good communication skills and solution-oriented mindset.
• Well organized with good time management.
• Good knowledge of Google Workspace, SAP basics, MS Office and quick to grasp concepts.
• Good German and English skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the APU manager in identifying and fixing deviations from Valeo's digital standards.
• Support the APU team in implementing a line efficiency tool, including data setup and visualization using Google apps Script.
• Assist sponsors and pilots (APU) in introducing 5S and automating 5S reporting.
• Collaborate with the Methods & Process team on installation and data maintenance for the eWS (electronic workstation).
• Support supervisors in TPM implementation: create documents, checklists and action plans, aiding manufacturing execution.

Diese Herausforderungen erwarten Dich:

• Unterstützung des APU-Managers bei der Erkennung und Behebung von Abweichungen von den digitalen Standards von Valeo
• Unterstützung des APU-Teams bei der Implementierung eines Tools zur Linieneffizienz (Erstellung der Datenbasis pro Arbeitsplatz, Eingabe neuer Datensätze nach Bedarf, digitale Datenerfassung und -analyse sowie Visualisierung mithilfe von Google-Anwendungen)
• Unterstützung der Sponsoren und Pilotenbereiche (APU) bei der Einführung von 5S inkl. Automatisierung der 5S-Berichterstattung
• Zusammenarbeit mit dem Methods & Process-Team bei der Installation und Datenpflege für das eWS (elektronischer Arbeitsplatz)
• Unterstützung der Vorgesetzten (APU) bei der Einführung von TPM: Erstellung von Dokumenten, Checklisten und Aktionsplänen, Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung der Anforderungen in der Fertigung usw.

Damit überzeugst Du uns:

• Student der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, IT, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder eines verwandten Fachgebiets
• Sie verfügen über sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und sind sehr lösungsorientiert
• Sie sind gut organisiert und verfügen über ein gutes Zeitmanagement
• Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnisse in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Data Studio, Google Apps Script usw.), Grundkenntnisse in SAP, MS Office und sind schnell in der Auffassungsgabe
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
