Pilot Company is seeking team members who are passionate about guest service and creating a great experience for every guest. You will provide fast, friendly, and clean service and help maintain a welcoming restaurant environment.

Pay starts between $12.20–$16.53 per hour in the New York area, with weekly pay and several benefits. Opportunities exist to train for other roles within our travel centers and restaurants.

Qualifications

• Incredible guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest focused culture.
• Ability to complete accurate sales transactions.
• Ability to cleanly and safely manage and prep food.
• Ability to maintain Wendy's processes and policies.
• Ability to use computers, telephones and other equipment as needed.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
