Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring at our Kentucky location for a guest-focused team member. You will provide fast, friendly service, handle sales transactions, and help maintain a clean, welcoming space for guests on every shift.

Responsibilities include food prep, inventory, and ensuring quality across all products, while operating registers and keeping the dining area inviting. Flexible schedule options may apply.

Qualifications

• Incredible guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest focused culture.
• Ability to complete accurate sales transactions.
• Ability to cleanly and safely manage and prep food.
• Ability to maintain Pilot Company policies.
• Ability to use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Experience in a similar position (preferred).
• Flexibility to work nights, days, weekends and holidays (preferred).
