Meritage Hospitality Group Inc. is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a Wendy's restaurant and drive sales, people development, and operating excellence. This role oversees a single unit, guiding the management team to achieve performance goals and maintain high standards.

The GM will manage food, labor, and costs, ensure training, and participate in district meetings. Meritage emphasizes growth, development, and a strong culture across 15 states.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience, preferably within quick service restaurants.
• Be able to perform all duties of restaurant staff.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or the equivalent.

About the Role
