Job summary

Wendy's is hiring Crew Members in Chicago to greet guests, take orders, and work across stations with a friendly, Can-Do attitude.

You will handle drive-thru and in-store tasks, follow brand standards, and join a team committed to customer happiness, quality, and a positive dining experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and move for most of the shift.
• Lift up to 25–50 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to wear a headset and operate restaurant equipment.
• Follow Wendy's brand standards and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly service to customers at the counter or drive-thru.
• Assist crew to keep dining and work areas clean and stocked.
• Take and fulfill customer orders, operate the register, and handle payments.

• If something doesn't seem right, you make it right.

You must be willing and able to:

• Stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift.
• Lift up to 25-50 lbs. now and then
• Handle weather related moments like rain at the drive-thru, taking out trash in the summer, etc.
• Wear a headset, use other restaurant equipment such as a register or grill, and follow brand standards and guidelines.
