Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring entry-level team members to deliver fast, friendly guest service at our travel centers and restaurants. You will help maintain inventory, operate registers, and keep the restaurant clean while ensuring a positive guest experience.

Pay rates start between $11.38 and $14.88 per hour with weekly pay and benefits such as a 15 cent fuel discount, free daily meals, paid time off, and 401(k) options. Training and growth opportunities across roles are available.

Qualifications

• Incredible guest service skills and guest-focused attitude.
• Accurate sales transactions and cash handling.
• Ability to cleanly and safely manage and prep food.
