Airswift is seeking a Petroleum Engineer II in Midland, Texas, for a 1-year on-site assignment focused on well management, remedial workovers and plug and abandonment activities in a fast-paced field environment.

You will participate in planning, execution support, cost tracking, rig scheduling, and contractor coordination, with data quality and operational troubleshooting as core outcomes; travel to well locations will be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Direct experience supporting wellwork operations following completion activities, including remedial workovers and plug and abandonment.
• Minimum 5 years of oil and gas experience.
• At least 3 years of direct wellwork experience.
• Experience coordinating with operations, contractors, and suppliers for rig scheduling.
• Experience tracking costs and supporting spend forecasting.

• Support remedial workovers and P&A in a fast-paced on-site environment.
• Coordinate rig scheduling, contractor engagement, and equipment readiness.
• Monitor daily operations, track costs, and forecast spend.
• Provide engineering execution support and data quality improvements.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and travel to well locations when needed.
