Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio in Rochester Hills, MI is seeking energetic, customer-focused team members for our member service team. You will connect with guests, sell memberships with confidence, and help members enjoy our infrared saunas.

We offer flexible shifts, comprehensive training, and a clear path to advancement. Pay is hourly plus bonuses based on guest service and retention, with additional monthly incentives and a friendly, open-door culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in membership sales or guest services.
• Able to meet monthly quotas.
• Evening and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence.
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high-energy.
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and Perspire Sauna Studio Memberships.
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
• Administer studio tours for new guests.
• Answer all questions about services and the facility.
• Maintain clean facility and turnover/cleaning of sauna rooms.
• Maintain and organize the towel supply area.
