Job summary

GNC is seeking a Sales Associate for a part-time hourly position. You will greet customers, assess their needs, advise, sell and promote products while maintaining store appearance and stock. You may also fulfill online orders and assist with merchandising.

In addition to hourly pay, eligible team members may earn performance-based incentive pay for productivity, quality, and safety targets. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, is expected.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or ability to engage customers effectively.
• Ability to greet customers and understand needs to recommend products.
• Cash handling experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Proactively greet and welcome every customer that visits GNC and create a welcoming environment.
• Interact with customers to help them choose the right products and make recommendations.
• Drive for results to achieve and exceed store and personal sales and productivity goals.
• Fulfill online orders timely and accurately in compliance with company guidelines.
• Boost product knowledge by learning the features, advantages and benefits; stay updated on wellness news.
• Support store management in opening, closing and operating the store, including cash handling and deposits.
