Job summary

Natural Healthy Concepts (NHC) in Appleton, WI is seeking a Wellness Store Sales Associate to join a purpose-driven team. You will greet customers, recommend wellness products, operate the cash register and tablets, and help keep the store inviting and well-stocked.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Passion for wellness and nutrition.
• Excellent customer service and retail skills.
• Positive, can-do energy.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Chatting with customers and helping them find the right wellness products.
• Running the cash register and navigating tablets/tech.
• Keeping the store looking fresh and stocked.
• Lifting, moving, kneeling, and squatting.
• Sharing product knowledge and making smart suggestions (upsells!).
• Contributing to team goals and achieving targets.
• Opening and closing the store.
