Base hourly pay plus commission is offered, with a collaborative team and a focus on building lasting guest relationships in a wellness-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (Illinois) in good standing.
• Strong IV therapy and venipuncture skills.
• Experience in med spa, outpatient, or wellness setting preferred.
• Comfort in a sales-driven, guest-facing role with commission potential.
• Ability to work one weekend day per week and maintain flexible availability.
• Strong communication, organizational, and guest service skills.

We’re looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) who thrives in a wellness-focused, guest-facing environment. Unlike hospital or acute-care nursing, this role is centered on IV therapy and wellness services, offering a calmer pace and the opportunity to build relationships with our guests.

Compensation includes a competitive base hourly rate aligned with outpatient/wellness nursing plus commission opportunities on IV and wellness services. Many of our nurses find they can earn more overall in this setting compared to traditional roles, while enjoying a collaborative and community-driven atmosphere.
