Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Able to stand for 7+ hours and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, selecting, and orienting salon staff.
• Motivating and coaching sales staff to meet goals.
• Scheduling and assigning employees; following up on results.
• Managing controllable expenses to meet financial objectives.
• Maintaining salon cleanliness, stocking, and customer readiness.
• Building rapport with customers and fostering loyalty.
• Creating a positive, team-based environment.
• Investigating and resolving customer concerns promptly.
• Analyzing daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
• Handling banking and cash management responsibilities.
