Job summary

TVG-Medulla, LLC is seeking a Wellness Sales Representative for the Indianapolis North area. You will drive patient acquisition by engaging at wellness screening events at various venues and convert leads into new patient appointments.

We offer a salaried position plus a generous monthly bonus, with total compensation averaging around $70,000 per year, plus a monthly travel allowance and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, 401k, PTO, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of business-to-business or business-to-consumer sales experience preferred.
• High school degree required; college degree preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with team members and external event partners to achieve results.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and good driving record.
• Health/Wellness experience desired but not required.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute wellness screening events and workshops at business, retail and community venues to educate attendees on spinal health and convert leads to new patient appointments.
• Use discovery and rapport-building techniques to engage potential clients.
• Create and implement new sales strategies to facilitate patient acquisition.
• Work with team to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
