Job summary

GNC is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to deliver a welcoming, high-energy shopping experience in our store. You’ll understand customer needs, share product knowledge, and help guests find solutions that fit their wellness goals.

This is a part-time, hourly role requiring weekend availability; you will also restock merch, assist with online orders, maintain clean displays, and represent the Live Well brand.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or sales experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.
• Customer-focused with upsell ability.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify needs to tailor recommendations.
• Advise, sell, and promote products aligned with customer goals.
• Restock merchandise, maintain visual merchandising, and fulfill online orders.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and cash handling as needed.
• Promote the Live Well brand and positive shopping experience.
