Job summary

GNC is seeking a friendly Sales Associate for a part-time hourly role in our store. You will greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend products aligned with their wellness goals.

You will also restock, manage basic merchandising, process online orders, and support store operations while upholding GNC's Live Well philosophy and commitment to customer service. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and flexible to work nights, mornings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to greet customers and assess needs quickly.
• Strong product knowledge and upsell capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively greet and welcome every customer entering the store.
• Assist customers by understanding their wellness goals and recommending products.
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding store and personal goals.
• Restock shelves, maintain visual merchandising, and fulfill online orders.
• Promote the Live Well message and uphold brand standards.
• Support opening/closing and basic store operations, including cash handling.
