Responsibilities

• Create a warm, personalized experience for every guest.
• Lead engaging studio tours and explain benefits of light therapy.
• Convert first-time guests into members through effective communication.
• Make follow-up calls and confirm appointments to drive memberships.
• Help generate new business through local outreach and referrals.
• Use CRM tools to track leads and maintain accurate records.
• Work closely with studio leadership to achieve membership goals.
• Assist with light cleaning and room resets to maintain the studio.
