Longhorn Village is hiring an experienced Wellness Nurse to provide direct nursing care 24/7 and supervise Elite Services Aides in a residential senior community in Austin, TX. The role includes administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting care with physician oversight.

The ideal candidate holds an active TX RN license, demonstrates excellent customer service, and can work independently with flexibility and integrity.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license required (TX).
• Excellent communication and courteous demeanor.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and flexibility.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Physical ability to push 200 lbs for 200 ft as needed.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency resident calls within the community.
• Assess and provide medical services under resident physician guidance.
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and complete documentation.
• Review physicians’ reports for admissions and ensure proper placement.
• Document all services and communications with physicians, families, and staff.
• Uphold hospitality values and core standards of quality, respect, service and integrity.
