Job summary
Restore Hyper Wellness of Chicago is seeking a licensed RN to join our wellness-focused team. The role involves administering IV Drip Therapy, IM shots, HBOT sessions, and using EMR to document visits. The position floats to Lincoln Park and West Loop studios.

Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with current license.
- At least two years of acute care experience (ER/ICU/Med-Surg or similar).
- BLS certification.
- Minimum one year of experience administering injections.
- Proficient with electronic medical records (EMR).
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Strong ethics and integrity.
- Team-oriented with ability to work independently.
- Willing to adhere to policies and maintain medical compliance.
Responsibilities
- Administer IV Drip Therapy and IM injections.
- Administer Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions.
- Utilize blood test offerings to optimize wellness.
- Document client visits via EMR.
- Support membership and medical services discussions when appropriate.
- Communicate with medical compliance team regarding issues or adverse effects.
- Provide therapeutic communication and exceptional customer service.
- Assist staff with store services and off-site nursing events.
