Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse to join our wellness-focused team in Bluffton, SC. You will administer IV drip therapy, IM injections, and mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, while educating clients on treatment benefits and ensuring safety and compliance.

You should have at least two years of acute care nursing experience, be BLS certified, and comfortable documenting client details in EMR. Join a supportive team that values ethics, integrity, and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing.
• Minimum of two years nursing in acute care settings (ER/ICU/Med-Surg or similar).
• At least one year of experience administering injections.
• Experience using electronic medical records to document client details.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV Drip Therapy and IM shots as part of the service menu.
• Educate clients on IV/IM ingredients and benefits.
• Administer mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions when indicated.
• Assist with store services and participate in off-site nursing events.
