Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness of Chicago seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join a wellness-focused team. You will administer IV Drip Therapy, IM injections, and mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, while educating clients and documenting visits in EMR.

Two years of acute care experience, BLS certification, and strong patient communication are required. You will collaborate with a licensed Medical Director and support staff.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN required with active licensure.
• At least two years in acute care (ER/ICU/Med-Surg).
• BLS certification required.
• At least one year administering injections.
• Familiar with electronic medical records documentation.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV Drip Therapy and IM injections.
• Educate clients on IV Drip and IM ingredients.
• Administer mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions.
• Use blood tests to optimize wellness.
• Promote memberships and services as appropriate.
• Document visits in EMR.
• Communicate issues to medical compliance team.
• Provide therapeutic communication and customer service.
• Support staff and assist with events and projects.
