Job summary

Whole Foods Market in McLean, VA seeks a customer-centric Team Member for the Whole Body department. You will assist customers, maintain displays, stock product, and uphold health and safety standards across the store. Prior retail experience is not required, but strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected. You will participate in trainings, support store programs, and help ensure accurate pricing and signage.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Able to learn and follow department procedures and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitors product quality and freshness and ensures proper product rotation.
• Logs, processes, and retrieves customer special orders.
• Completes spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required.
• Follows department procedures for prepping, storing, rotating, stocking of product.
• May assist in training new Team Members and supporting programs.
• Provides excellent customer service, addresses customer needs promptly and effectively.
• Maximizes sales potential through proper prep, storage, and merchandising.
